Contents

Article 1

The Agreement in the Annex is hereby adopted, subject to the signing, on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community, of the said Agreement.

The President of the Commission is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Union.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
