  Raffaele Fitto was a member of the European Parliament from 1 June 2014 to 12 October 2022 and from 20 July 1999 to 20 June 2000 as an independent member, and was aligned with the European Conservatives and Reformists. Fitto took seat in Parliament on behalf of Italy.

  Thierry Breton (1955) is Commissioner on behalf of France in the Commission-Von der Leyen since December 1st 2019. He is responsible for the internal market. Breton is a member of Les Républicains, a centre-right conservative party. He was minister for economy, finance and industry from 2005-2007 and led large French (state) corporation including France Télécom and ATOS.
