    In view of the debriefing at Coreper on 18 December 2018 on the third informal Trilogue

about the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Regulation held on 11 December 2019, delegations will

find attached an updated 4-column document that reflects the outcome of the Trilogue as well as the

latest positions of the European Parliament and of the Council 1 .

    The following lines, as set out in the 4th column of the attached 4-column table, were agreed

at the third Trilogue on 11 December 2019:
