Venice Commission: Poland's reforms 'undermine democracy' - Main contents

The Venice Commission, an advisory body to the Council of Europe, said Friday that the Polish government's reform of the Constitutional Tribunal "would undermine democracy, human rights and the rule of law" if implemented. It calls the government to "find a solution on the basis of the rule of law".
