EU court to decide Barroso-Dalli case on 12 May - Main contents

The EU's General Court will decide 12 May if former commission president Jose Manuel Barroso's request for the resignation of John Dalli i, former EU health commissioner, should be annulled. The commission says it never asked Dalli to resign. Dalli is also suing for damages in the tobacco-linked lobby affair.
