Award given for ADR at the Irish Law Awards - Main contents

Bill Holohan of Bill Holohan & Co has won the Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Team/Lawyer Award of the Year at the 2013 Irish Law Awards.

The award, sponsored by CEDR Ireland, was presented by CEDR Deputy Chief Executive Eileen Carroll QC (Hons).

Now in its second year, the Irish Law Awards acknowledge excellence and recognise the outstanding achievements and exemplary practices of leading law firms, legal practitioners and in-house legal teams across Ireland. The Awards give an opportunity for members of Ireland’s legal community to be recognised alongside their international peers.

The Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Team/Lawyer Award of the Year honours a legal team or a lawyer who has demonstrated a sense of excellence in the delivery of mediation, arbitration or any form of dispute resolution during 2012. CEDR Ireland, who are sponsoring the Award, was established in 2011 to help Irish businesses cut the cost of conflict.
