New TRA Conference website and second announcement published

The 5th Transport Research Arena TRA Conference will take place in Paris on 14-17 April 2014.
- 1.The European Road Transport Research Advisory Council (ERTRAC) is established to mobilize the different stakeholders in road transport and to provide a comprehensive vision of these stakeholders with respect to research and development in the road transport sector. By doing that, ERTRAC tries to stimulate effective private and public investments in road transport.
