Article 1

Article 4 of Council Decision 2007/250/EC is replaced by the following:

‘Article 4

This Decision shall expire on 30 April 2011.’

Article 2

This Decision shall apply from 1 May 2009.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
