Proposal for a COUNCIL DECISION on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union in the International Maritime Organization during the 33rd session of the Assembly on the adoption of amendments to the Guidelines under the Harmonized System of Survey and Certification, the Guidelines on the implementation of the International Safety Management Code by Administrations, the Non-exhaustive list of obligations under instruments relevant to the IMO Instruments Implementation Code and the Guidelines on places of refuge for ships in need of assistance, and the adoption of the draft Assembly Resolution to promote actions to prevent illicit operations of “dark shipping” in the maritime sector
