Since 2012, the D4 Action Group has brought together regional and local authorities from across the EU, European NGOs, technology providers, research centres, and SMEs. The goal of this meeting, besides networking and sharing of experiences around the themes of Active and Healthy Ageing and Age-Friendly Buildings, Cities and Environments, is to jointly work on the D4 Action Plan and to discuss the future of the partnership beyond the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA).The meeting also intends to address topics related to Health and Care and Cultural Heritage, showcasing local good practices and examples. The meeting is hosted by Central European Initiatives - Executive Secretariat (CEI-ES) whose core mission is to promote regional cooperation and to bridge EU and non-EU countries of its constituency.
