On 4 December, the AGRI Committee, in association with the ENVI committee, will organise a public hearing on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). This meeting will take place during the current legislative work on the CAP beyond 2020. It will address the components of the CAP reform package, as amended by the AGRI Committee, which might be appropriate for further consideration.

The hearing will be divided in three panels relating to, respectively, the Strategic Plans; the Financing, Management and Monitoring of the CAP, and the Common Organisation of the Markets.
