NB: 1. Council documents are available on Delegates Portal. Room attendants will provide copies on request at the earliest opportunity.

    It will be possible for participants to join the meeting by videoconference There is no obligation on any delegation to use videoconferencing; participation will be voluntary. For technical reasons, and to ensure the efficient conduct the meeting, the number of participating delegations will be limited to ten, on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegates interested in participating via video link will be requested to use their own videoconferencing facilities.

Please note that the GSC rules of procedure must be respected and normal rules on transparency apply. Furthermore, it is each Member State's responsibility to ensure that only duly accredited delegates participate using the video conferencing connections and that the GSC is notified of participants in advance of the meeting.

The form must include the names of all delegates who will participate using the video conferencing link. Following your reply, the GSC will contact your point of contact to arrange a videoconference test.
