Index of Readiness for Digital Lifelong Learning (IRDLL) is a result of collaboration between the Jobs & Skills Unit of CEPS and Grow with Google. It arose from long-standing interest of both parties in digitalization of education and labour market and willingness to draw attention on this great opportunity which is currently not utilized sufficiently by Europeans.
This event will be the occasion to present the index resulting from this cooperation, and which is based on 3 composite indicators developed by the research team to capture the different dimensions and challenges of digital learning:

-Individual’s learning outcomes,

-Availability of digital learning,

-Institutions and policies for digital learning.
The release will present an analysis of the current trends in digitalisation of learning in Europe and provide European-level and national-level policy recommendation for improvement to be further discussed with participants.
