NB: During lunch-time, Delegates will have the opportunity to hear a presentation by UNSDSN & IEEP of their 2019 Europe Sustainable Development report. This will take place in the meeting room and will start at 14h00 sharp (no interpretation).

Delegates who have no Council badge are kindly requested to bring a print out of the confirmation of their attendance from the Delegates Portal (by clicking on 'Preregister to this meeting') or to communicate the names of their participants until cob 7 October by e-mail to the Secretariat (agenda2030(a),consilium.europa.eu) in order to be able to access the Council building.
