Plant Protein Seminar, Helsinki - Main contents

This two-day seminar is dedicated to plant protein markets. It will highlight opportunities for the plant protein sector as foreseen in the proposal for a new CAP. It will also provide examples of ongoing research and innovation projects on plant proteins. The seminar offers an excellent opportunity for the food and feed industries to exchange information on the matter. Finally, it is aimed at identifying the greatest opportunities for and major challenges to primary production of plant protein.
