In Ghent from 19 to 21 September the annual conference of the European Society of Criminology will take place.
FRA will present survey results concerning violence and harassment as experienced by Roma. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘ConverGENT - Convergent roads, bridges and new pathways in criminology’.
As in the previous years, the conference is expected to gather several hundreds of academic researchers and policy experts to discuss latest findings and ongoing research into criminological theory and practice.
FRA presentation, based on its minorities and discrimination survey results, will contribute to a session on European Roma.
