Legislative acts adopted by the Agriculture and Fisheries Council - Main contents

The Council today adopted a set of legislative acts on CO2 emissions from cars, common rules in the gas market, copyright, contract rules for sales of goods and digital content online and in shops, and Horizon Europe. This reflects the outcome of intensive negotiations with the European Parliament over recent weeks in the run-up to the end of the current legislature.
