3D cut art Exhibition - Connexions, inaugurated in Brussels by the Romanian Presidency of the EU Council

The Romanian Presidency of the EU Council inaugurated today, 13 February, the 3D cut art Exhibition - Connexions of the Romanian artist Radu Stefan Poleac, in the Lex building of the Council of the EU.

In her opening speech, the Romanian ambassador to the EU, Luminița Odobescu, mentioned:“These delicate, yet powerful works, with their unique style, are a real showcase of Romanian creativity and talent - a sample of Romania’s contribution to European art.”

The exhibition by Radu Stefan Poleac, a rising talent on the Belgian art scene, puts on display a series of spectacular artworks created in the 3D cut art technique. The exhibition is organised together with the Romanian Translation Unit within the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union and the works will be on display until the end of the Romanian Presidency (June 2019).

The exhibition was opened in the presence of the artist.
