The question of how best to promote territorial convergence within the European Union remains at the heart of current discussion about the future of cohesion policy, updating of the Cohesion Fund, and the size and shape of financial provision in the forthcoming MFF. This policy roundtable seeks to explore the multiple issues at stake at a timely moment in both the EU legislative and budgetary cycles.
