The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) are joining forces to advance aviation safety through global leadership at the 2018 International aviation safety conference in Washington, D.C., USA.
The conference will bring senior aviation professionals from regulators, manufacturers, airlines and associations together from all world regions to discuss global aviation safety issues from the perspective of both the regulators and industry.

The Agency constitutes a key part of the European Union’s strategy to establish and maintain a high uniform level of civil aviation safety in Europe.
