Delegations are informed that the first coordination meeting in connection with the

UNCITRAL Working Group V (Insolvency Law), 18-22 December 2017, will take place in Vienna at the abovementioned address at 08:30 AM on Monday, 18 December. Further coordination meetings will be arranged as appropriate.

The attention of delegations is drawn to document 15424/17 RESTREINT UE/EU

RESTRICTED (to be issued shortly) which contains the outcome of the discussions held at the meeting of the Working Party on Civil Law Matters (Insolvency) on 29 November 2017. This document will serve as the basis for the coordination.

The delegations to whom this communication is sent are invited to make sure that their delegates going to the UNCITRAL Working Group V session are informed of the EU coordination meeting.
