Revised Statement by the Federal Republic of Germany

Germany assumes that the recitals in the German language version will be amended as follows:

In recital 3 'im Folgenden' (hereinafter) will be added in the first parentheses before the acronym

'RAC'.

In the case of entry 70 in Annex XVII, Germany assumes that the EC number of the substance decamethylcyclopentasiloxane will be corrected to read '208-764-9'.

Lastly, Germany assumes that entry 70 in the German language version will be amended as follows:

Under 1. the wording '0,1% des Gewichts' (0,1% by weight) will be replaced by '0,1

Gewichtsprozent' (0,1% by weight percent).
