Hiermee meld ik u dat de vaste commissie voor Veiligheid en Justitie heeft geadviseerd een parlementair behandelvoorbehoud te plaatsen op de volgende twee EU-voorstellen:

    De ontwerpverordening voor een Europees Strafregister voor derdelanders (Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL establishing a centralised system for the identification of Member States holding conviction information on third country nationals and stateless persons (TCN) to supplement and support the European Criminal Records Information System (ECRIS-TCN system) and amending Regulation (EU) No 1077/2011³) (COM (2017) 344¹);

    De ontwerpverordening uitbreiding mandaat eu-LISA (Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the European Agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice, and amending Regulation (EC) 1987/2006⁴ and Council Decision 2007/533⁵/JHA and repealing Regulation (EU) 1077/2011³) (COM (2017) 352²).

Namens de vaste commissie voor Europese Zaken verzoek ik u dit advies en bijgaande conceptbrief¹ aan de Minister van Veiligheid en Justitie ter besluitvorming aan de Tweede Kamer voor te leggen.
