The European Commission in cooperation with the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of the Republic of Estonia are organising the Connecting Europe Conference taking place 21-September in Tallinn, Estonia.
The event will be attended by EIB Vice-President Pim van Ballekom and mobility sector experts. The conference aims to identify policy actions and financing solutions for investment in the TEN-T network in the post-2020 EU financial framework, one of the Estonian Presidencys priorities.

The Innovation & Networks Executive Agency (INEA) manages infrastructure and research projects in the fields of transport, energy and telecommunications.
Specifically this means the following EU programmes:
-Connecting Europe Facility (30bn in funding): transport, energy and digital telecommunications
-2 strands (7bn in funding) of the EU's main research funding programme, Horizon 2020:
-Smart green and integrated transport
-Secure, clean and efficient energy
