Film & Debate: Austerlitz

On April 20 2017, the film Austerlitz was shown. Austerlitz shows the Holocaust through the eyes of the visitors of concentration camps. Has a concentration camp become a touristic attraction? Why do people go to the camps? What are they looking for?

After the screening, Natascha van Weezel and Micha Gelder discussed the relevance and meaning of commemoration in the modern time.
