On the eve of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Treaties of Rome, the High Representative and Vice President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini and the Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat will discuss the European Union and the challenges it faces.

Ms. Mogherini and Mr. Muscat will exchange views with 250 citizens from all over Europe, including a group of Erasmus students, on the European integration process and the scenarios described in the European Commission's White Paper.

The debate will be moderated by the Director of RAINEWS Antonio Di Bella.
