Social media: impulse or danger for democracy? - Main contents

On Friday September 16th, the annual Montesquieu Prince's Lecture was held at Sociëteit de Witte in The Hague. The theme of this year's lecture was: 'how can (social) media influence democratic processes?'

The speakers were Mr. Jacob Kohnstamm, Dr. Tamara Witschge and Ms. Eileen Jerrett.

Their contributions were followed by an interactive debate with the audience, moderated by journalist Mr. Peter Olsthoorn.
