Activity Report The group meets on regulary basis twice a year. Dates of the last meetings are: 14/9/2010, 21/3/2011 and 19/9/2011, 20/3/2012, 25/9/2012, 13/11/2012, 22/4/2013, 5/11/2013, 3/3/2014Selection Procedure (members) All EU Member Stares are members. EFSA is member of the RASFF by virtue of Art. 50 of Regulation 178/2002. Regarding EFTA countries, free circulation applies between EFTA and the EU - they are members by virtue of EEA agreement. Switzerland is partly a member of the RASFF by virtue of Veterinary agreement (Decision No 1/2008 of the joint veterinary committee set up by the agreement between the European Community and teh Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products O.J. L 6, 10.1.2009, p. 89-116).Internal Rules of Procedure Expert groups usually operate in an informal setting without any formal rules of procedure.Other Manual
