Rules of procedure: The Rules of Procedure for the REACH Competent Authorities, as last amended and endorsed at the 5th REACH CA Meeting on 25-26 September 2008, (CA/20/2007 - Rev. 4) were replaced by the Rules of Procedure for the Competent Authorities of REACH and CLP (CARACAL), revised in the 11th meeting of CARACAL meeting (28-29 November 2012). This version was further revised in the CARACAL-31 meeting (18 September 2019). The purpose of the revision was to mandate CARACAL with the task of assisting the Commission in the preparation of delegated acts in accordance with the CLP Regulation. in order to add the new task of dealing with Delegated Acts to the group's mandate.
