Mission: The final report of each project group meeting will be disseminated by DG TAXUD to the participants and to the Customs Code Committee, (tariff and statistical nomenclature section, agriculture/chemical sector) for approval or endorsement, within one month at the latest after the PG meeting. To follow-up the activities, the measures taken during the year will be monitored, considering the submission (request for classification regulation, CN Explanatory Notes, Decision Invalidating BTIs etc, ) received and the closed cases every year. In addition workshops, to be considered as an appropriate tool for tackling difficulties encountered by the European Customs Laboratories, are to be organised.
