1.The General Secretariat of the Council has been informed of the resignation of Ms Katerin PEÄRNBERG as alternate member of the above Committee in the government
representatives category (for Estonia).

2.Under Article 75 of Regulation (EC) 883/2004 i of 29 April 2004 1 which sets up the Advisory
Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems, members and alternate members
are appointed by the Council, whereas by the Council Decision of 13 October 2015 2 , the
appointments are valid for a period of five years.

3.In accordance with the usual procedure, the government of Estonia has nominated the following candidate to replace the resigning member for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2020:

4.The Permanent Representatives Committee is therefore asked to advise the Council to:
(a) adopt, as an "A" item, the attached Council Decision replacing an alternate member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems, and
(b) have the Decision published, for information, in the Official Journal of the European Union.

COUNCIL DECISION
of
replacing an alternate member
of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 i of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems 3 , and in particular
Article 75 thereof,
Whereas:
(1) In its Decision of 13 October 2015 4 , the Council appointed the members and alternate
members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for the period ending on 19 October 2020.
(2) A seat as alternate member in the government representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Ms Katerin PEÄRNBERG.
(3) The government of Estonia has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1
Ms Elin HEINVEE is hereby appointed alternate member of the Advisory Committee for the
Coordination of Social Security Systems in place of Ms Katerin PEÄRNBERG for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2010.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
