Finland and Netherlands most honest EU countries, study finds

Finland comes ahead of Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and France in an index of public integrity (IPI) compiled by the ERCAS research center for the Dutch EU presidency. The IPI shows the capacity of a country to control corruption and enforce the norm of integrity at state and society level.
