Hiermee meld ik u dat de vaste commissie voor Infrastructuur en Milieu heeft geadviseerd een parlementair behandelvoorbehoud te plaatsen bij de EU-voorstellen: Circulaire economie COM (2015) 6141/2, COM (2015) 5952, COM (2015) 5963, COM (2015) 5944 en COM (2015) 5935.

Namens de vaste commissie voor Europese Zaken verzoek ik u dit advies en bijgaande conceptbrief aan de Staatssecretaris van Infrastructuur en Milieu ter besluitvorming aan de Tweede Kamer voor te leggen1.
