Following the Working Party on Horizontal Agricultural Questions on 16 September 2015, delegations will find in Annex the comments from the Slovak delegation.
ANNEX
Comments from the Slovak delegation
With reference to the proposal of the Luxembourg Presidency (doc.11603/15), presented during to the Working Group on 16 September 2015, Slovakia would like to send some comments on priority points.
ANNEX I - Regulation 1308/2013 i
Article 23, par. 2
Slovakia can support amended list of products as proposed by the Presidency.
ANNEX II - Regulation 1370/2013 i
Article 5, par. 2
Slovakia supports approach of the Presidency as concerns criteria for allocation of funds, but our position depends on a model of distribution between the Member States. We would like to ask Presidency to present to the delegations distribution of envelop under given criteria.
Article 5, par. 3
Slovakia supports the Presidency proposal laying down the assessment of consistency of indicative allocations at least every three years. We cannot support prolongation of this period.
