Following the Working Party on Horizontal Agricultural Questions on 16 September 2015, delegations will find in Annex the comments from the Italian delegation.
ANNEX
Comments from the Italian delegation
With reference to the proposal of the Luxembourg Presidency, presented during to the working group on 16 September 2015, Italy would like to send some comments on priority points.
ANNEX I
Article 23, par. 2- List of products
Italy reiterates the preference for a short list which should include the distribution of: a) Fresh fruit and vegetables; b) Fresh milk - code CN 0401, cheeses - code CN 0406, yogurt – code CN 040310
In any case, the unhealthy products, in particular products falling within CN codes 04 04 90 and 22.02.90, should be excluded.
ANNEX II
Article 5, par. 2- Criteria for allocation of funds
Italy reiterates the preference for criteria based on the number of children, therefore we would like to propose the deletion of letter c) linked to the historical criterion for the allocation of funds for the dairy sector.
