Czech PM 'rejects' EU migrant quotas - Main contents

Czech PM Sobotka said in Prague Tuesday he "will strictly reject any attempt to introduce some permanent mechanism of redistributing refugees ... [and] reject using a quota system in any temporary mechanism", Reuters reports. He said relocation quotas would end in "big ridicule" because the refugees won't stay in place.
