The following changes shall be made to the document 16139/14:
Article 21 par. 5 (a) should read :
"The offence involved is punishable in the requesting or issuing Member State by a custodial
sentence or a detention order for a maximum period of at least five or six years (the rest
remains unchanged)"
In footnote 47 relating to Article 60 the SI reservation is deleted.
