Romanian commissioner gets EP thumbs-up - Main contents

Romanian commissioner Corina Cretu i, a Social-Democrat, has been approved by the regional committee in the European Parliament after her hearing on Wednesday for the post of regional policy commissioner. France's Pierre Moscovici is the only remaining Social-Democrat who could be taken hostage in the political groups' confrontation on approving commissioners.
