Caspar van den Berg (1980) is an associate professor at Leiden University. He is specialised in the functioning of the public sector, particularly in the European dimension of the national government. Van den Berg is actively involved in several international academic networks and is active in the Dutch Liberal Party and liberal think-tanks.
