The Party of European Socialists kick-started preparations for the 2014 EU elections adopting Saturday in Sofia a platform for elaborating a manifesto for the elections. Meanwhile, thousands of Bulgarians gathered in Sofia's streets to demand the resignation of the Socialist-led government of PM Oresharski after a string of controversial appointments.
