    Case T-68/12 Abdolnaser HEMMATI v. Council
  • 1. 
    By application notified to the Council on 27 February 2012, the applicant has brought an

    action pursuant to Articles 263 and 275 TFEU for the annulment of — Article 16(2) and point 7 of Table A of Annex VIII to Regulation (EU) 961/2010 i, as amended by Council Implementation Regulation (EU) No 1245/2011 i, — Articles 19(1)(b) and 20(1)(b) as well as point 7 of Table A of Annex II to Decision 413/2010, as amended by Council Decision 783/2011, and — the “letter decision” dated 5 December 2011, as far as these acts concern the applicant.

  • 2. 
    The Applicant relies upon the following grounds in support of his claim:

    — failure to provide adequate reasons; — manifest error of assessment; and — breach of the right to property and the principal of proportionality.

  • 3. 
    The Director-General of the Council Legal Service has appointed Mr Bart DRIESSEN and

    Ms Delyana GICHEVA, members of the Legal Service, as the Council’s agents in Case T-68/12. ___________
