Jacques Santer to head fundraising for eurozone bail-out fund - Main contents

Former EU commission chief Jacques Santer i, who in 1999 resigned together with the entire college amid accusations of corruption, was appointed on Monday as head of a fundraising mechanism for the eurozone bail-out fund.
