Agreement between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission of 13 April 2016 on Better Law-Making, OJ L 123, 12.5.2016, p. 1. As regards a number of acts from the field of health and safety which were excluded from the aforementioned, the Commission will make an alignment proposal in due course.
