agreement of the co-legislators to introduce a financial envelope of EUR 8 million in Article 9 of the Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council on a European Year of Cultural Heritage (2018). The Commission recalls that it is the prerogative of the budgetary authority to authorise the amount of appropriations in the annual budget, in accordance with Article 314 TFEU.
