ANNEX

Directive 2013/34/EU is amended as follows:

(1)

in Annex I, the following is inserted after the entry for France:

‘—	in Croatia: dioničko društvo, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću;’

in Annex II, the following is inserted after the entry for France:

‘—	in Croatia: javno trgovačko društvo, komanditno društvo, gospodarsko interesno udruženje;’
