table>(1)In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2023/2209 (2), the Sustainable Investment Facilitation Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Angola (‘the Agreement’) was signed on 17 November 2023, subject to its conclusion at a later date.

(2)	The Agreement, in accordance with Article 55 thereof, does not, within the Union, confer rights or impose obligations on persons, other than those created between the Parties under public international law.
