table>(1)In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2019/1580 (2), the Agreement with Respect to Time Limitations on Arrangements for the Provision of Aircraft with Crew between the European Union, the United States of America, Iceland, and the Kingdom of Norway ('the Agreement') (3) was signed on 27 August 2019, subject to its conclusion at a later date. The Agreement, which is attached to Decision (EU) 2019/1580 together with the Memorandum of Consultations (4), has been applied on a provisional basis since the date of signature thereof.
(2)As provided by the Joint Declaration forming an integral part of the Agreement and by Decision (EU) 2019/1580, the Agreement, which has been signed in English, has also been drawn up in other official languages of the Union and those additional language versions are to be authenticated by an exchange of letters between the Parties.
