table>(1)In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2020/608 (2), the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Korea on certain aspects of air services (‘the Agreement’) was signed on 25 June 2020, subject to its conclusion at a later date.

(2)	The objective of the Agreement is to bring bilateral air services agreements between several Member States and the Republic of Korea into line with Union law.
