table>(1)The Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Armenia on the facilitation of the issuance of visas (2) (‘the Agreement’) entered into force on 1 January 2014.

(2)	Article 12 of the Agreement provides that a Joint Committee of experts (‘the Committee’) is to be set up by the Parties.

(3)	Article 12(4) of the Agreement provides that the Committee is to establish its rules of procedure.

(4)	It is therefore appropriate to establish the position to be adopted on behalf of the Union within the Committee, with regard to the adoption of its rules of procedure,
