(g) any insurance or indemnity to cover the liability of the investigator and sponsor;

(h) the arrangements for rewarding or compensating investigators ans subjects for participation in the trial.

The abovementioned authorisation to commence the clinical trial shall be sent to the sponsor. The ethics committee and the European Agency for the Evalutation of Medicinal Products shall be informed that this authorisation has been granted.
